I admit it…I was going to bah-humbug Valentine’s Day this year. I know, I said before I would not bah-humbug holidays for my girls’ sakes, but I thought meh, it’s not really a family holday. Then last week I got an email from the preschool saying each child was to pass out Valentines to classmates this Thursday, and we were free to include a piece of candy. So I had to un-bah humbug myself, quickly.
I was just going to print out some from the many lovely printable Valentines I’d been spotting online this month. I saw a cute one that used stamps to make a lollipop cover, and thought that lollipops would be a good idea. But I didn’t want to make individual ones by hand. We have to make 16 for each child, times two for me, which is 32.
So I thought I’d try my hand at making my own simple printable ones using Picnik and I designed them in one night using their free stickers and fonts (you can pay to access more designs). Even though I have no graphic design skills, using Picnik to create these was super easy, fun and quick.
